Throughout the school year, the School Newsletter is posted weekly on this website throughout the school year (unless otherwise noted). You will receive an email notice of the publication of the eFC (Electronic Family Communications, formerly the FCE) if you have subscribed to the Holy Rosary Families E-Mailing List (see below).

Information Regarding the eFC (formerly the FCE)
The eFC is a communication vehicle for school, church, and community/local service announcements.
Guidelines for Requesting Items to be Published on the eFC and in the School Website (Publishing Standards)
- All documents to be stored and published on the Holy Rosary School servers must be approved by the Technology Coordinator and/or Principal or their designated representatives. Content should reflect school activities, student work, special projects or aspects of the community served by the school. Published content should be meaningful and timely.
- In keeping with being an educational institution, all work published on the Holy Rosary School servers must be free of grammatical and spelling errors.
- Submissions and attachments must be submitted electronically in PDF (Portable Document Format), Word (doc) or text (txt) format to by the eFC deadline of 2PM Tuesday for inclusion into the current week’s eFC. Any submissions received after the deadline will be included in the following week’s eFC Newsletter.
- Documents may not include any information which indicates the physical location of a student at any time.
- Photographs published on Holy Rosary school servers must be general in nature, and may not include the names of specific students appearing in the photo.
- Documents may not contain objectionable material or point directly or indirectly to objectionable material. A link that, when logically followed by a user, leads to an objectionable site will be removed by the Technology Coordinator or Webmaster.
- All work submitted by content contributors for publication on Holy Rosary School servers must relate to the school’s academic program. Student/class submissions should reflect current curriculum and related activities or projects. Staff submissions must relate to their positions within the school either by class/school assignment or area of speciality. Links to game or entertainment sites which lack educational value will be removed by the Technology Coordinator or Webmaster. Links to educational and community resource sites are encouraged.
- Material submitted for publication on Holy Rosary School servers may not contain copyrighted material without the explicit permission of the copyright holder. Such permission must be included in the material submitted for publication, and will appear on the same page as the copyrighted matter.
- This website will be published in a manner that conforms to Web Standards. It will be published in a manner that is semantic, and is accessible to all. It will conform to the standards established by W3C and to accessibility guidelines promulgated by WAI-ARIA.
