Objective

Establish baseline for technology at Holy Rosary.

Deliverables

• Complete comprehensive inventory of technology assets at Holy Rosary (School, Lanigan Gym, Parish Center and Rectory. Includes make, model, serial numbers, and date of manufacture.
• Create inventory database, identify end of life or “at risk” technology assets. This will tell Holy Rosary what technology assets are in services, where those assets are, how old they are and recommendation for when they should be replaced.
• Conduct software licensing audit. Identify all software Holy Rosary has installed on computers, verify licensing for install software, identify remediation plan for software out of compliance.
• Delivery 3-year technology roadmap for existing hardware/software. Map out hardware and software lifecycle (upgrade cycle, end of life) to communicate annual technology needs and financial impact.
